Classroom Response System

The Classroom Response System is designed to promote interactivity and participation in a lecture or conference setting.

Mr. Foo Yuk Meng, Deputy Director, Career Services, NUS Business School says: "The Classroom Response System transformed our MBA career services orientation into an interactive session. My students participated actively and provided instant feedback. For example, we asked the students what industries they would like to work at after graduation, and it instantly produced a chart to break down the responses graphically. I will definitely be using is again as the students enjoyed it, and it creates a new element of interactivity in our sessions."

How it works
This system consists of a radio frequency receiver connected to a computer via USB, a set of response units (one is pictured on the right) and the software which enables the interactive responses.

Questions can be prepared beforehand or on the spot. You can use the Classroom Response System in conjunction with PowerPoint and/or a wireless writing tablet. Results are displayed on screen instantly so that you can gauge the level of understanding. You can also set up quizzes to spice up lessons.

The Classroom Response System caters to a wide range of uses. To get an idea of how the system works in a lecture/conference setting, please view the Information & Training Videos listed on the right.
