NUS Service Class

Recognition for Service Excellence

The NUS Service Class is an award which focuses on the leadership, planning, information, people, customers and results of a department. It is based on the Business Excellence Niche Standard (Service) framework adopted from SPRING Singapore.

The Centre for Instructional Technology is honoured to have achieved the Recognition for Service Excellence in the NUS Service Class 2008. CIT was cited for:

  • Strong leadership, planning and customer-focused management framework.
  • Harnessing technology in supporting growing demands for its services, amidst an increasingly complex environment and technological changes.
  • Placing high emphasis on its people, training, development and contributions.
  • Effective use of information and encouraging sharing and learning through many channels.
